How do I add a PDF to my knowledge base?

  1. Go to the Knowledge Base of the Library you want to add a PDF to.

  2. Click Add Knowledge button.

  1. Select Add a file from the Add Knowledge window.

The page will be changed to enable you to upload a PDF file.

There are 2 ways to add a PDF to your knowledge base on Libraria

Drag and Drop

  1. You can upload files by clicking on the Drag and drop area and selecting the files from your computer.

Or simply dragging the files from your computer to the Drag and drop area.

  1. Click the Submit button to add the PDF to your knowledge base. The number of credits used will be displayed on the button.
  1. Click on the By URL button to show the text field where you can paste the URL.
  1. Paste the link to the PDF in the text field.
  1. Press the Submit button. A window will appear showing how much number of credits will be used when the PDF is added to the knowledge base.
  1. Confirm that you want to add the PDF to your knowledge base by clicking the Submit button in the window. When the upload is successful the window will show Submitted.

You can check the uploaded document by going to the Knowledge Base page. The document will be listed in the All Documents tab.
